Location was perfect. Close to airport, close to metro for easy commute and close to many food places with many options ranging from fast food to Arabic food. The hotel staff was very accommodating. On check-in day the room I got had some paint smell due to recent work done, I asked them to switch the room and they did it. And on checkout day my flight was delayed so requested them late checkout which they allowed as well. Thanks to the hotel for all this and special thanks to Neha the nice lady at reception who was very prompt in taking these actions.

I was pleased with the location of the hotel it was conveniently located near public transportation and the airport, breakfast was not included in the package while not a major issue, it would have been a welcome addition 😊 Ms. Divya at the front desk her humble, proactive and helpful demeanor truly stood out she was always willing to assist with any questions or requests and her dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. Ms. Divya is a true asset to your team and exemplifies the qualities that make the hospitality industry thrive.

The location is very accessible and near the metro. The staff is OUTSTANDING. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted and assisted, which is very nice. I also appreciate their efforts in surprising my wife on her birthday with a cake and greetings when we entered the room. I forgot the name of the guy who assisted us at the door and then to our rooms, but it is really appreciated. Special thanks to Karen, who made sure that our stay was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and we will surely come back.

Room & Breakfast: The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. Pool: The pool was a perfect spot for relaxation, and the we absolutely loved it! Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Food: The food at the hotel was amazing! Every meal we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented.

The hotel has several advantages: the price is affordable, the metro station is very close, and it is located relatively close to the airport. Additionally, the historical district of Deira has everything that one needs: small restaurants and malls. It is rather a working-class district, but still very nice and clean. The breakfast in the hotel was good, but it is aimed rather at an South-Asian audience, because it includes many Indian dishes.
