Location was perfect. Close to airport, close to metro for easy commute and close to many food places with many options ranging from fast food to Arabic food. The hotel staff was very accommodating. On check-in day the room I got had some paint smell due to recent work done, I asked them to switch the room and they did it. And on checkout day my flight was delayed so requested them late checkout which they allowed as well. Thanks to the hotel for all this and special thanks to Neha the nice lady at reception who was very prompt in taking these actions.

Ms. Divya is a true asset to your team and exemplifies the qualities that make the hospitality industry thrive.

I also appreciate their efforts in surprising my wife on her birthday with a cake and greetings when we entered the room. I forgot the name of the guy who assisted us at the door and then to our rooms, but it is really appreciated. Special thanks to Karen, who made sure that our stay was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and we will surely come back.
