We stayed here for 12 days during our time in Dubai. Overall experience in this hotel was fantastic. Location - Very close to the metro station and very easy for most tour operators to pick up and drop off for the tours. Few Indian restaurants and small eateries available around the area. United Hypermarket (Open 24/7) and Lulu supermarkets are in walking distance from the hotel. Staff and Services - The receptionist Ms Vishmi was a lovely lady who greeted us with a pleasant smile. We landed early morning, also the check-in is only available at 2pm. However she tried her best to arrange the best possible room with a fantastic view of the Deira streets. We had no issues in terms of room services, rooms were cleaned everyday and we received every small additional things we requested for. Rooms - The room was spacious, had a lovely view of the Deira Junction. Had all required amenities.

The Deluxe family room was spacious enough for 3 adults, they provide an extra bed. The location is at a walkable distance from Abu baker Metro station on the green line, t takes less than 1 min walk. The breakfast spread includes a few Indian options too. The staffs are very friendly and always ready to help. I would recommend this hotel if you are okay with changing Trains from Green to Red line at the union station. But if you are traveling with an elderly person and wish to make use of metro it will be better to book a hotel which is close to a metro station on the red line since most of the places to visit are on that side.

Location was perfect. Close to airport, close to metro for easy commute and close to many food places with many options ranging from fast food to Arabic food. The hotel staff was very accommodating. On check-in day the room I got had some paint smell due to recent work done, I asked them to switch the room and they did it. And on checkout day my flight was delayed so requested them late checkout which they allowed as well. Thanks to the hotel for all this and special thanks to Neha the nice lady at reception who was very prompt in taking these actions.

The location is very accessible and near the metro. The staff is OUTSTANDING. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted and assisted, which is very nice. I also appreciate their efforts in surprising my wife on her birthday with a cake and greetings when we entered the room. I forgot the name of the guy who assisted us at the door and then to our rooms, but it is really appreciated. Special thanks to Karen, who made sure that our stay was perfect. It was truly a great experience, and we will surely come back.

Room & Breakfast: The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to suit everyone’s taste. Pool: The pool was a perfect spot for relaxation, and the we absolutely loved it! Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Food: The food at the hotel was amazing! Every meal we had was full of flavor and beautifully presented.
